Copy Rotation Instructions

Bauer Radio Easter deadlines 2012

- All bookings, amendments, cancellations and schedules affecting Thursday 05/04/12 inclusive, to be with Bauer Media by Wednesday 04/04/12 by 12 pm
- All copy rotations, RACC’s and audio affecting Thursday 05/04/12 to be with Bauer Media by Wednesday 04/04/12 by 3 pm
 
- All bookings, amendments, cancellations and schedules affecting Friday 06/04/12 – Monday 09/04/12 inclusive, to be with Bauer Media by Wednesday 04/04/12 by 5 pm
- All copy rotations, RACC’s and audio affecting Friday 06/04/12 – Monday 09/04/12 inclusive, to be with Bauer Media by Wednesday 04/04/12 by 5 pm

- All bookings, amendments, cancellations and schedules affecting Tuesday 10/04/12 inclusive, to be with Bauer Media by Thursday 05/04/12 by 11.30 am
- All copy rotations, RACC’s and audio affecting Tuesday 10/04/12 inclusive, to be with Bauer Media by Thursday 05/04/12 by 11.30 pm

Monday – Thursday
All copy instructions to be with Scheduling Departments by 15:00 the day prior to transmission.

Friday
All copy instructions to be with Scheduling Department by Friday 1300 for transmission Saturday – Monday. Copy consignment notes must include full PRS, RACC numbers and agency contact numbers.

Audio

Monday – Thursday
All audio must be with scheduling by 15:00 the day prior to transmission.

Friday
All audio must be with scheduling by 15:00 for transmission Saturday – Monday.

Kiss

Monday - Friday
Due to network balancing all copy instructions to be with scheduling departments by 12:00 noon and all audio to be with us by 15:00.

All new bookings and amendments must be with scheduling by 13:00 prior to the day of transmission.
Orders for Saturday – Monday must be with us by 13:00 on Friday.

Bank Holidays

The above deadlines are subject to change for Bank Holidays.

Late Copy

Audio delivered outside of these deadlines may be subject to a late copy surcharge. Prior arrangements must be made for any copy arriving evenings, weekends or Bank Holidays. Late copy fee of £150 per station call out.
